$50 per person for SAMA members
$60 per person for non-members.
A late fee of $10 will be applied to each ticket, if purchased 5 days before the event.
Special Meal Requests – Please notify the SAMA office a week before the luncheon should you have a special dietary request; otherwise, if a request is made at the luncheon, there will be a $30 up charge above the regular luncheon fee and a wait of at least 20 mins.
