For manufacturers, developing, retaining or hiring their workforce is a critical/leading/priority issue.

South Central Texas has a number of agencies and organizations whose missions vary but are each focused on manufacturing workforce development. The SAMA Education Committee each year invites manufacturers to come together in one place to hear brief presentations by each of these leading resources.

This event was successful in its first year in 2023, providing manufacturers with insights and opportunities regarding solutions to their workforce issues.

We have planned a six-hour seminar so you may learn how these pieces fit together in one place, in one day.
